CourseBuilder was created to make managing students a simple step-by-step process. CourseBuilder gives teachers access to a range of powerful tools that enable them to track and report on the progress of individuals through the course material that you create.

Invite students to enrol in your course

• Send emails via the CourseBuilder 'dashboard' to invite students to enrol in your course.
• As a teacher you are notified when students have enrolled.
• As a teacher you can then approve or deny enrolments.
• Once approved the student is notified via email and can immediately commence the course material.

Set prerequisite courses

• CourseBuilder is designed to allow you to develop a suite of courses.
• As a teacher you can set prerequisite courses.
• Prerequisites ensure that sufficient competencies have been established before students are permitted to progress.

View and mark completed exams

• To complete a course, students are required to pass an exam.
• When an exam has been completed you, as a teacher, are notified via email.
• You can then mark exams online (true/false questions and multiple-choice questions are automatically marked).
• Once exams have been marked, the teacher can email the marks and course outcome to the students.

Track students with powerful reporting

• Once a course has been completed and exams have been marked you can access the student report overview.
• This report tracks:
     - completed courses
     - courses passed
     - courses failed
     - highest and lowest course marks
     - average course marks
• Exams are stored in your account to ensure your organisation has a fully auditable record of student competencies.
